Hey guys 

I'm here with some tips to start working out and to look your best 



1 . Better sleep! More energy!

A lot of people have trouble falling asleep at night because they don’t do enough physical activities in their day. This leads them to falling asleep late, and waking up groggy, tired and gross.


As for me, my sleep schedule has improved insane amounts because of my workout routine. Sleeping allows me to get the maximum amount of rest and muscle recovery in which leads to me having more energy throughout the day.




2. Improve your discipline

I’ve made it a priority long ago to workout every single day. This decision allowed me to build my “personal discipline”.


Doesn’t matter if I’m traveling, working late, or simply don’t “feel like” working out, I manage to always still get myself into the gym.


Discipline is a skill. After I developed this skill through working out, I found that I also started applying this type of discipline to many other areas of my life. Like my work, learning new skills and eating healthy.


This allows me to consistently improve myself in all areas, everyday.




3. Manage time better and become more organized

Similar to the last point. When I know that I have a busy day coming up, I know I’ll need to be organized to squeeze my workout into the day.


This has trained me to become better at time management and it’s helped me to become more organized with my day! As a result, I get much more done in a day than most people I know.
